Australia Post has had several very basic failures in organising basic business functions. Invoices for Post Office Boxes were nearly a month late, forcing Australia Post to delay the payment deadlines. Then we had the failure of Australia Post’s software which resulted in Post Offices not being able to accept payments, track parcels and other functions for more than 24 hours.

Now we have click and send 500g satchels which are now out of stock.  Used by thousands of online sellers, Australia Post cannot now supply them. How hard is it to organise regular supply of satchels?

Australia Post is obviously having very basic organisational problems.
